I will give credit where it is due and I will refer only to the last three consultations as the previous one was not satisfactory. The last three doctors have been brilliant. Two of them saw me, carried out an examination and all three listened empathetically to my explanation and took appropriate action. So much so that it appears I am on the mend now.

I had an appointment at 10:00 an I didn't get see until 11:05 then when went get my prescription it took another hour. There 3 off us waiting for prescription for almost an hour. And all the staff were just talking out the back.

I have a regular injection that requires a nurse to administer it. I've had frequent problems with getting repeat prescriptions with conflicting instructions from the admin team on how request one. Despite advertising online appointment booking - this service has never worked. I called to book an appointment a week in advance and was told I could not secure an appointment as the nurse was on annual leave and no assistance was given to find me a appointment elsewhere. So I am left with not being able to get my injection within the correct time window. I feel incredibly unsupported and frustrated.

I recently had an experience with my GP, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. Despite being knowledgeable about the guidelines, they insisted on a face-to-face appointment only to inform me that I was ineligible. What was more concerning was the inaccurate information provided without any attempt to verify. This experience has certainly left me disappointed with the level of service and accuracy in the information shared. Regrettably, it has resulted in a loss of trust in the reliability of the guidance provided.

I have been attending just under 12 months since moving to the area. I would say I am quite high maintenance due to certain conditions. Whatever I ask, enquire, need I always get a helpful response. All receptionists are highly trained at understanding patients needs. Always friendly, helpful and kind.

I got the appointment within 24 hours from the time I have submitted an on line consultation. I was not seen on time and the waiting was 40 minutes. The Doctor was very good and he explained me very well about the condition and the cure . He further showed me the website and also provided the links . He has given me 4 weeks time to try the treatment and to come back for follow up
