I was really happy with the GP’s response to my request for HRT. She was knowledgeable and very informative. I was made aware of the risks as well as the benefits and given information and time to think about it.

I registered with this practice about 15 months ago. The few times my partner and I have needed medical attention since then this surgery has been excellent. They have a triage system you need to get used to; once we did, we have been offered a GP appointment within hours of making first contact, which is amazing! The doctors, receptionists, nurses have been very considerate, attentive and professional on all the occasions we've interacted with the centre. We have been very impressed. (The building looks drab, but it is due to be replaced).

I was advised by my physio to discuss certain issues with a GP. I completed an econsult, & was given a face to face the following week. The GP was friendly, listened to me, discussed the options & we agreed a management plan. I'm very happy with this practice

Staff very polite and put you at ease. They are also very efficient. Waiting time very minimum and try to get you seen quickly.

Used the new online consultancy link at 9am, was called back at about 9.30 and given an appointment for 10.30. A very helpful and reassuring consultation, also I have always found the reception staff very patient and understanding in the face of sometimes stressful situations.

Our nurse she due very quick the vaccin to mi baby,good advice ,to keep mi baby for15 min in waiting area,to see if my baby is ok after vaccin thank you very much, I didn't see at any GP to do that. Thank you St James.

I rang up to get my stitches out after operation, hospital told me to do so, gp receptionist said we don't do that here so basically they said they don't have a nurse at gp practice, when every practice has a nurse in the country basically, the receptionist was also quite roud in the way she shut down the conversation, disgrace of a gp practice
