    Chaotic practice unfriendly and ineffective receptionists . This is the second online consultations i had to submit the first one was ignored . A few weeks ago i received a prompt regarding a blood test that was incorrect as i had not had a blood test . Extremely worrying .No continuity as never see the same doctor . Disappointing service sadly.

    Each appointment requires an online form and then a call back which if you miss it you have to start the process from scratch. This is extremely difficult when working full time. I was called on a Saturday morning when the online form stated I would be called 8-6 on a weekday. Despite detailing a skin condition that I have a history of and an concerned about returning I was directed to an out of hours GP via the phone who could therefore not examine me. He was quite dismissive of the photo I sent 'not looking very very bad' to which I explained this is why I wanted an in person appointment. He told me he was writing a referral for my private health insurance, however when I went to the GP practice to pick it up the notes say that he told me he was unable to do a referral. I also felt like he was rushing to get me off the phone. Overall this has added an extra week onto the process and I am back to square one having to use the online form to try to be seen in person. This is both frustrating and stressful and requires a huge amount of to just get an appointment.

    Excellent experience - we were seen quickly by a very skilled nurse who put my daughter at ease. The team at the practise care and this is routinely demonstrated at every visit.

    I was due a vaccine and the nurse was wonderful - checked my general wellbeing before administering the vaccine and re-scheduled my bloodworks - gave advice which was very helpful

    Last night I submitted a request to increase my blood pressure medication. Today I received a call and was offered a face to face appointment within the hour. My prescription was already sent to my pharmacy by the time I was leaving the practice. The doctor was polite, understanding and listened. I’ve used this practice a lot and bar some issues with HRT prescribing which isn’t really quiet up to date, it’s a wonderful practice, with many excellent doctors and fantastic receptionists. I couldn’t ask for a better GP surgery.

    Thanks to your team of GP always looking well after me, very kind and understanding and especially when feeling at my worst, physically and because of that emotionally and feeling very vulnerable. I would like to complain though about some of your receptionists ( not all of them) who sometime seems very reluctant to organise an apt and ask very medical questions to decide or not to organise for an apt. I though this should be done by the triage and/or by doctors themselves, especially when the situation of our health is very difficult and make us patients feel very vulnerable, it is then very hard then to fight our way through to a doctor. Thank you to take my comment in consideration for myself but also for other patients who might not feel well enough to fight for themselves when at their most vulnerable state.

    This visit was for a shingles jab. It was with the lovely, always friendly Irish nurse. She checked my blood pressure and weight and I nice little chat. She is so gentle I didn't even feel the needle. It's always a pleasure to see her.

    From the beginning, the receptionist & the GP were both helpful, took that extra mile. The receptionist helped in filling out the form for me & realised how urgent my situation was, it happened on a Friday afternoon & on Monday morning I received a text informing me that I will receive a call from a GP. I did receive the call, the doctor was very kind, considerate & understanding, I felt low & broke down, she gave me inspiration, encouragement. I felt heard & like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It was everything a patient wishes for, time consideration & understanding.
