I had a great experience with this practice. I got an appointment super quickly and felt listened to and supported by the doctor who has really helped me with my concerns. The new practice is also really modern and clean and a nice place to go.

Had a great postnatal appointment with a a Doctor at 6 months postpartum (I’d had my 6 week one). A thorough appointment that checked mental as well as physical health. I was able to see a physio the same day and also get a blood test book in for a few days later.

I was seen by a Senior Practice Nurse to remove impacted wax from my ears. He was friendly and professional explaining the procedure which he carried out very efficiently and well.

I recently took my young child to have a check over as I was worried about her having a certain condition. The Dr and then subsequent nurses I saw at this appointment for incredibly supportive and reassuring and just brilliant as we went through the steps of the procedure which confirmed my initial suspicions of the condition whilst at the surgery. The dr who saw us was patient and knew what to say when. She was able to arrange us to be seen at hospital immediately and later followed up with phone calls to check in on us. I will be forever grateful for their kind and caring words I received at the time and post diagnosis. The surgery is a great setup and I don’t have issues in arranging appointments for seeing my children. I myself have been with this practice since childhood and cannot see myself changing surgeries. Thank you springhill!

I visited the practice for a routine blood test - it was my third bloods experience these with this particular practitioner. I’ve been having unexpected trouble with blood tests recently - trouble involving fainting. I was made to feel comfortable and safe with some soothing chat. 10/10 would blood test again! In reality I have blood tests quite regular because of the type of medication I’m on, so I have little choice. But I’m glad that element of restricted choice means I get to have blood tests at Spring Hill. Krikey, Incredible Mate!

I was not in a good place at all. A combination of life circumstances, mental and physical health issues had left me feeling without hope. The doctor was brilliant. Very kind, personable, professional, giving me all the information if I felt I was seriously at risk. A consumate professional. And so thank you hugely.

My doctor is an amazing doctor and is always helpful and has very good manner. Moreover, she is not dismissive of my pain and symptoms.

I always get amazing service honest up from advice. My Nurse today as he has he has last few times been amazing giving me all the info I need about my diagnoises. Great personality and manner, makes it all worth while in a busy nhs london surgery no easy feat but I am always approached with professionalism and its nice to see especially when bad news is delivered. Tried to collect my repeat prescription from the chemist today was only issued with 2 items out of 4. Went to doctors practice & was told by the receptionist that it would take 2 working days. for remainder to be issued. Told receptionist that by then I would have run out of 1 of my medications. Told me that there was nothing could be done & just shrugged her shoulders. I have reported this problem previously. I am 81 years old with high blood pressure & had a stroke a year ago. Where is the duty of care with this practice?
