I see my nurse weekly for my leg ulcer. Without his care and attention I would be in difficulty. He has promptly referred me to specialist nurses on time. He is caring and always helpful and involves me in my care. I am very thankful for the care I receive from both GP's and my Nurse. Please keep up the good work

Today I had attended the clinic, after a very hectic year and some medical worries, and issues and some medical issues not being resolved and delayed sadly, which has resulted in me being frustrated with the NHS - which I love and know is overwhelmed but still disheartening to me with my own care. I had attended Spring Hill today and was greeted by the most friendly, softly spoken, caring, attentive and also funny (comedic) receptionist! They were extremely efficient and helpful. What a lovely staff member to have Thank you !!!

I wish to thank the reception staff for their devoted service to me and to other patients. Very special thanks to the Doctors who have looked after me for many years past and now. All the members of the Surgery are efficient and caring. I have no complaints to make.

Every consultation has been conducted by medical staff with consideration and helpfulness. I have also always received professional advice and the necessary liaison with Hospitals has been efficient. The helpfulness and efficiency of reception staff is equally commendable. Exceptional surgery!

I have been with the practise for so long and anytime I book appointments to see any of rhe doctor they always book an appointment for me on time
