I related my concern to a doctor over the phone, I was taken seriously, and tests were booked, occurring within two weeks. Staff at the practice were kind and efficient, especially considering my fear of needles. Overall fantastic

I had appointments with both the GP and nurse, and both were very pleasant experiences. Firstly, registering for the practise and booking the appointments was straightforward, the staff at the front desk are both friendly and accommodating. When meeting the GP I felt my ailments were taken seriously, and we were able to have a pragmatic conversation about next steps -which have been actioned promptly to address the issues. Meeting the nurse for blood tests also went well. I’m not a big fan of having my blood taken -it causes me to feel ill. The nurse was very kind and understanding, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Very impressed the level of care, would definitely recommend the practise to friends and family.

I had a blood test recently, the doctor was very calming and reassuring. I felt extremely comfortable at all times, all the relevant and necessary information was explained in a clear and concise manner.

The most painless and quick blood extraction i had in my life. The nurse that attend me was so professional and kind. I will recommend the practice to anyone scare of needles.

I recently went to see a doctor in person with whom I’ve been having telephone appointments about an issue that is greatly impacting my day-to-day life. I came in to have a physical examination and I felt really welcomed. I feel like they truly care about my health issues and have a genuine interest to help out as much as they can. They have reassured me that they are there for me and to call back whenever I need. As part of the consultation I got referred for a blood test and the nurse who carried it out was so lovely, super friendly and even remembered me from last time a few months ago. It truly feels like this practice is part of the community.

I had an appt with the nurse to have my bloods taken. I arrived early and was seen early. In and out in less than 15 minutes! The nurse was friendly and professional and explained how long it would be until I get my results.
