    Second time visiting the practice having changed to them a little under a month ago. Both visits have been fabulous. From the phone call to book in with reception staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the level of care provided by the doctors and nurses. All were fantastic. And my needs have been met every time. Always been given clear instructions/information on mine and my children’s treatments. I’ve no doubt this will be consistently the case whenever I have to visit the practice. Good amount of parking is also available. 10/10 in all areas.

    Today I had my annual health check reviewed. The nurse who assessed be was very thorough and after leaving with very good advice, I was contacted on the phone by one of the female doctors who asked me to return for a further assessment which was carried out a few hours later by a different female doctor. At every stage I was carefully listened to, my questions were answered thoroughly and I felt that the care I received was first rate. Thank you all for you excellent service!

    I have had cause to visit the health centre four times in the past month and have been very pleased with the service I have received. My concerns have been taken seriously and acted upon very quickly. There has been no problem in obtaining an appointment and assistance.

    I had a telephone appointment with the Clinical Pharmacist about my prescription meds. I was impressed by the way he patiently handled my questions and gave me advice about my current and my new medication. He left me confident and ready to continue looking after my health. Thank you!

    On 25th February my husband had a heart bypass operation. He came home on 3rd March and obviously this has been a very worrying time. This morning we thought he was developing an infection in one of the operation wounds. I rang the surgery at 0800 and heard the wonderful words ‘you are number two in the queue’ which to me means you will be speaking to someone very shortly but have time to get your thoughts together. Everyone we spoke to and dealt with from the original receptionist, the Nurse, the Doctor and the pharmacist were very knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind. We were home with antibiotics by 10.00. Thank you team.

    I rarely visit the GP, but my appointment today was thorough, friendly and very reassuring. My prescription was ready and I have taken my first dose already. In addition, the doctor has sent me additional information about the condition via text, which is very helpful. I would rate my experience as 10/10.

    Thank you for the excellent care given by the doctor concerning diviculitis dianosed by a CT scan at Newark. She phoned me next day to say that she had requested further clarification of this scan which revealed a lump in my abdomen. Thank you so much for the doctor being extra vigilent and arrangeing an appointment for me at Mansfield Community Hospital. I do hope that I will be able to continue with further consultations with this doctor concerning this complaint.

    After struggling with anxiety for quite some time I finally went to see a lovely doctor. She relaxed me almost instantly and I felt heard. I fear doctors and medication but she never made me feel I was being silly. She has calmed a lot of my fears.
