The reception staff have been hugely supportive in trying to fit me in for an appointment when there were none available. The nurses I saw showed empathy and care and both Doctors I saw were helpful and knowledgeable. My prescription was directed straight to the local chemist and the care I received throughout has been very good.

Call back service was great to book an initial appointment, seen by the doctor on the same day and treatment given. Appointment was on time and very efficient, thank you!

Very kind, caring and informative. Unfortunately I had quite a wait but was informed of this on my arrival so I was prepared. Also the doctor apologised at the beginning of my appointment. Her mannerism was excellent being very patient and caring. What we would all like from our doctor.

we were greeted by the nurse as we entered the surgery.... made us feel welcome. Throughout the appointment the nurse addressed my elderly father with respect but also some humour, helping him relax and to feel 'listened to'. As his daughter, and carer, I appreciated the advice and encouragement. The purpose of the blood test and reason for next appointment were clearly and positively. The consistent support and care of the surgery is hugely appreciated.

I got in a bit earlier than my appointment time; the doctor was lovely and understood my needs. Couldn't have done anything better.
