The Doctor was very understanding and helpfull. Made contact with my consultant for advice. Nothing could have been done better.

Both nurses very friendly and professional. Nurse who did smear test was very helpful. Very good experience

The appointment was right on time and I was made to feel very relaxed and informed. I have always had a great experience at the surgery. Thank you for making me feel at ease and welcomed.

Gp was very professional. She listened and was empathic. I was happy with the outcome. Could be better with less of a wait in the waiting room but wasn't actually too long.

Very good service. A face to face appointment was booked on the same day following a telephone appointment. It was on time and the doctor was welcoming and helpful. There was not anything you could have done better.

Got an appointment straight away, very good service from reception. Got me in to see doctor in an hour.

The nurse was very professional, experiences, listened to my comments and did her upmost to make my consultation right for me. She was very helpful when I booked the appointment and I did not have to wait long before I saw the nurse once I had arrived.

The clinician I saw listened, was interested and helpful. Made sure everything was covered and we came to an agreed outcome. I felt there was no time pressure and clinician was friendly. You couldn't have done anything better.
