The best experience in a long time. Had a small issue that needed attention from the supervisor. He did his best and sorted the problem.

I went to the practice today to make an appointment to see a GP. I was able to see one, who had read through my notes and was fully conversant with what I had been going through since my fall on 14 December.

I got seen at 5:20pm today by the GP. She took time to assess me and make the relevant referrals. She listened to my concerns around the bloody pressure medication I was on and made the relevant changes. This GP showed empathy and care. She took the time to listen to me and tackled my issues one by one. A great asset to the surgery.

The Doctors at SMA are great! Very helpful, polite and efficient with the service. Always go the extra mile. I would highly recommend them and want to say a huge thank you to the team. T

The staff wre extremely helpful today and helped to accommodate my appointment, which I was running late for. They also supported with a sick note and this was all done in a supportive and friendly manner. The receptionist (young lady with glasses) was very friendly and helpful, as well as the person which I believe is the Practice Manager (gentlemen based behind the reception). Both were welcoming, friendly and helpful, as well as the GP, who is always thorough and listens.

The Gp’s are super friendly and understanding and treat you with care The staff is so nice lovely and helpful I get my appointments on regular basis and As soon possible
