Today I saw Dr for me and my husband both Dr nice and helpful. Receptionist also listen to us.Alway they give us Dr appointment. Thanks

I received a top notched care and support not only from the GP I was scheduled to see but also from the front ffice staffs manning the reception desk. On entering the practice , I was recieved with smiles, my details was checked against the appointment slot and was happily told to have a seat ,and this makes me more comfortable. I was called in fews minutes after my arrival and again l was directed to the room where my GP is . The doctor took his time to explain in details, the test result in a lay man language to my understanding. I left the practice happy and with reassurance after a hard day's work. The staffs of SMA medical should continue with their good practice and top class exhibited professional conduct.

Very poor service, one tel you one thing, other tel you some thing else. Just wast of the time. 45 minutes waiting for the nurse to see. Just waste. No point to book the appointment

My son was seen by one of the doctor and he was very friendly and listened our problem ,the receptionist was very helpful as well .

Quite disillusioned with this practice prior to being taken over and still since the Hurley Group takeover. One partner is very abrasive who lacks bedside manner. I would prefer to never see them again, no choice when told to ring at 8am as to who you can see. Reception staff in particular don’t fully listen & there’s been too many incidents around lack of communication inaccuracies when they relay information and overall blasé attitude from them. Reception is usually full of patients coughing open mouthed still which is never ideal. Vulnerable households beware.

Each time I go to the surgery doctors listen to my concerns and help me with scans physiotherapy and a lot of questions regarding my health

I been with this practise for over 10 years, most of the staff is very lovely and helpful. At the moment I am struggling with a few issues, I came to ask about it- what I can say- they listened and tried to help me asap. I feel heard. This is very important to me as I am hyper sensitive person. Thank you for the supervisor who went extra mile to make me feel welcome and not afraid to talk about my health issues. Definitely recomending this SMA practise to local community.

I call at 08.07 to book an appointment, the recorded message on the phone was that my position in the queue is 23, if I press 1 on the telephone keypad, my position will be retained and near my turn the Receptionist will call me back. I waited until 11.38 , I did not received any call back. I rang again to the SMA surgery and asked the receptionist that I would like to speak with their supervisor. The receptionist replied me that he is very busy. I complaint in writing to SMA surgery manager, but he does not bother to call me back. After half an hour I received a call from SMA surgery supervisor, who was apologing to me about the incident. The staff is very careless. The Receptionist chat with each others during their job and do not pay attention to the patients.
