I saw the Practice physio and was impressed with the explanation and diagnosis of the pain I was experiencing. A teatment plan was discussed with a check that I understood the exercises I needed to do. I felt listened to, and was treated with friendly, professional respect.

I have been with the practice for many years and seen it get better and better. They are always trying their best to make the experience for patients tailored to individual needs. However recently I was invited in for what I thought was a general health check to find it was a blood test for ‘a long term condition’ that I was supposed to have had checks for. The health practitioner did not know why I had been missed for so long.

As a new patient, I found the nurse friendly and considerate whilst taking bloods. It was a pleasant encounter and was virtually pain-free.

I needed an appointment for a medication review and was offered a face to face one on the same day I submitted my request. The doctor was great, very thorough and they listened to my concerns. I was happy with the outcome of this review and received good clear advice.

Appointment bang on time. No waiting physiotherapist could not have been more helpful explained everything in detail and got me an x ray appointment at the hospital

I felt listened to and cared for by the GP. I got an appointment for blood tests at the surgery the next day. Results were back within 24hours and I was contacted promptly by a very polite receptionist to book a follow up appointment. All very efficient (as always - touch wood I have never been anything other than impressed with this medical practice). Thank you

The requirement to book appointments via the website at 8.00 a.m. is a barrier to me seeing the doctor.
