Attended yesterday for bloods and had follow up today - Sloan MC is a well run and friendly practice and I’m very pleased with the service.

As I work full time, it is hard for me to get an appointment, so 7 pm was great for me. I was in on time, and the nurse was extremely nice and caring

I had a blood test and it was carried out by a student nurse who asked if I was ok with that. Yes of course I was. She was kind, gentle and very efficient-she found my vein quickly and took the blood. It was painless. The following day there was hardly a mark on my arm, I’m very impressed with her efficiency.

The nurse who took my BP and blood test was such a delight. Warm, chatty, kind and professional. A real asset not only to your practice but to the NHS 👏

Not a long wait the response was quick the surgery was clean and relaxing the receptionist was good altogether a good experience

I attended the surgery, GP ordered tests, the day after the tests they called me back in to the surgery. They juggled the schedule to accommodate me, explained the results, and referred me to the hospital. A consultant called the next morning, and booked me into the hospital for the following week. If this was private I would give it ten out of ten but as it’s the NHS I’ll only be able to give it Five out of five. Amazing service.

This was without a doubt the best experience we’ve ever had at this surgery. Same day appointment. Running late but so worth the wait. The GP was thorough, patient, explained everything, listened and more importantly believed! Agreed with concerns and referred for further treatment. Also said to come back if not resolved. Thank you so much. These are the basic things that matter (and haven’t always been present with other GPs).

I had an appt with the physio at Sloan Medical centre. I was greeted with politeness, and ge made me feel comfortable. He was transparent with all info. He gave me all the options for my treatment after explaining in detail what the problem was with my spine. He was clear and what he said was easy to understand. He respected my wishes and took the time to listen to me. He gave me timescales as well and advice on who to call if I don't hear anything. He even gave me a link to read up on my problem.

Extremely knowledgeable and experienced staff! I've never had to wait beyond my allotted time and once with the Dr I've felt listened to, reassured and supported in catering to my needs. Great practice!
