Tried 3 times to see a doctor. 1st time I was booked an appointment for 10 days later. When I called again there was a different receptionist who understood the importance of me getting to see a doctor quickly.

The nurse took my bloods and gave me my B12 injection she was friendly, professional and really quick. I then received a call to arrange follow up with the doctor based on the blood results. All very organised and easy.

Went to the blackstock surgery, the receptionist was welcoming and the GP showed warmth and asked questioned and listened to responses. She was interested in a human way and gave clear information and direction about what was happening and what would happen next

The practice fitted me in for a non urgent appointment within 4 working days and I was very happy with the straight forward service. Friendly reception staff and respectful and professional doctor.

Smear test with a kind, well informed and reassuring practitioner. Bed too close too wall for one's knees to open easily, not sure why surgeries insist on doing this. Pull the bed away! No one will fall down a crack! I had really stressful and humiliating experience with a rude doc here before covid, my last few visits I'm pleased to say (not many), have been positive.

Everyone at Sloan is great! Friendly, professional and excellent at conveying medical information simply. And the online portal has made getting an urgent appointment slightly easier!

The normal channels of getting an appointment were unsuccessful, but I was given a late night appointment with the practice head. She gave me a detailed examination and then recommended a course of action and even booked me an appointment with their practice physiotherapist for late Monday to fit with my working life. I’m very pleased with how this as been resolved.
