I went to have my contraception implant removed as I thought I was through my menopause. The doctor recommended I had one more to take me over 55 instead. She was very friendly and quick doing the simple procedure. Getting pregnant now would be "interesting" so I'm reassured with her good advice. I was in and out very quickly, after a few minutes of waiting beforehand (10mins late going in).

Very good friendly service from everyone I met on my appointment. Although I arrived slightly early the nurse was on hand and invited me into the consultation room without any hanging around.

As always the staff are friendly, professional, caring, thoughtful and above all understanding and reassuring. So glad i was able to become one of their patients. The nurse was very helpful and gave me excellent advice to assist me reduce my blood pressure.

I seen yesterday nurse for my daughter asthma review she is so nice and good explaining everything on time appointment thanks for Sloan Medical Centre stuff,Doctors and nurses 👍

Despite numerous txt messages telling me if I arrived late I may not be seen I was kept waiting 15 mins over the appt time. An explanation was offered when I was eventually seen but would have been nice if someone had told me whilst I was waiting.

Dear Janet, Thank you for your feedback on NHS Choices, we are always happy to receive constructive feedback from our patients. I have taken a look at your booking times and can see you arrived at 8.45 for a 9.05 appointment, was seen at 9.10 and the appointment finished at 9.22 which was 2 minutes over the appointment end time. You were seen 5 minutes late and the appointment ran over by 2 minutes. Arriving 20 minutes early for your appointment is your preference and should not be taken into account in your waiting time. However, I would like to apologise for your appointment running over by 2 minutes. We will try harder next time Thank you for your feedback

had a diabetic blood test with a practice nurse she was very thorough and I didn't have a bruised arm from the blood sample. In the afternoon I had an appointment with a doctor, she listened to my concerns was very inderstanding.

Used the new online triage system. Received phone call that afternoon offering an appointment in 48 hours, which I accepted. GP appointment was professional, helpful and reassuring. Very pleased with the service.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my recent visit to Sloan Medical Centre for a Squint Surgery Assessment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff, and the entire process was seamless. The Doctor was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain the assessment process and answer all of my questions, putting any concerns I had at ease. Their expertise and reassuring manner made me feel confident in moving forward with the next steps. Furthermore, the facilities at Sloan Medical Centre were clean, modern, and comfortable, contributing to a positive overall experience. I truly appreciate the excellent standard of care provided by everyone at Sloan Medical Centre. Thank you for your dedication to patient well-being and for making my visit a pleasant one.

Filled in the relevant details online requesting an appointment. The surgery rang me back so quickly I missed their 1st call. Everyone is quick to criticise the NHS lately but the way I was dealt with was just excellent. Thank you
