    I am currently still awaiting an answer to my phone call that started at 6.05 pm ,it is now 6.50pm my call time is 45min this is disgraceful ,surely you have someone to answer phones.

    get told to call back because of an alergic reaction and told i cant get an appointment and should use my gp that i dont have so borrorew this email from a friend as i dont even have an email to sent this the whole system is inposible if this reaction turns in to anofalactic shock be sure a relotive will contact smg in person

    I called at reception to make an appointment the receptionist said go to ask my gp they said they would be in touch within 1-3 days. stay near the phone, day one rang me at 10.30 I was on a coach trip so obviously couldn't answer. I was told they had called my home and only ring twice! so I must apply again, which I have done and day one I am sat near the phone all morning, I am in a lot of pain and can't get any help! what a silly carry on! there are no words with all capital letters

    Had to get a checkup of an illness. Was able to walk in and get an appointment and be seen on the same day. Receptionist and medical staff were very helpfull and supportive

    Used this facility on Saturday and was really impressed. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming and the doctor I saw was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to either use or recommend this facility. Thank you!

    I'm Trying to understand the purpose of Askmygp as far as I can see it's a complete waste of time it must be the last dozen or so times I've tried to use it and you guessed it...it wasn't online in my opinion it should be scrapped...

    I have had physio treatment for my jaw in the past at this practice and I found my self in pain again for a similar reason in my jaw. When I phoned the practice I was told they could not help me even after I explained to them I was in excruciating pain and could barely open my mouth to eat, I was told by the receptionist that they were an ex-dental nurse and "they knew what they were talking about" I explained I had, had previous care for the same issue at the practice and they continued to decline treatment of any kind and proceeded to end the call.

    My post accident treatment for whiplash neck and lower back by the physio team has been brilliant... best physio I have had in over 55 years.... very professional. polite friendly guys.... Many thanks to you all.

    The hands on treatment I recently received for post accident whiplash to my neck and lower back was first class by the physio lads who were very polite, caring and helped tremendously towards my recovery and reduction in pain... Thankyou

    I was trying to make an appointment online from 745 as that is when you can make online go requests as they won't take appointments over the phone. I wasn't able to access until 8am so that's false information on the website. I then arrive for my appointment and wait 45 minutes and still nothing. I go to reception to be told there was an emergency and I would been seen shortly. Not once did the reception team come over to me to tell me that there would be a delay. Considering there's 2 people sat on the desk doing nothing over an hour I have had to wait for an appointment. No apologies from the reception staff. Nurses and doctors are great and really helpful.

    Dear Amy, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, unfortunately on the day you came into the practice we had a significant emergency, which took up a lot of time, The reception manager did go into the reception waiting area and make an announcement so that all waiting patients knew there would be a delay, I'm sorry if you missed this announcement. As a GP practice and urgent care centre we do occasionally get emergencies in the practice and this can impact patient waiting time, we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.
