I had missed my telephone consultation and had to most likely fill in another e consult but the receptionist (sorry I don’t know her name) went out of her way and managed to book me in a face to face app with a doc the following day. Soo helpful and kind..

Exactly receptionists very helpful and kind staff also the Doctors are professional, care about the patients wellbeing and help me through my difficult times and I really appreciate.

Tried to recieve test results today after being cut off twice and the phone ringing for at least 20 minutes I was told by a receptionist they was in but a dr hasn’t checked them call later Left it till 6pm rang back to be told to look on line for my results Tried to look nothing was there rang back again waited over 15 minutes to be answered and told the surgery was closed and ring back tomorrow I asked for my results to be told they don’t give them over the phone any more but was not told this earlier What is the actual point in haveing a reception if they can’t book appointments or give out results

magnificent as usual. Helped me to sort out a problem with regards to who I was going to see. As this appointment wasn't possible I then cancelled. The admin was very helpful and got me another appointment straight away.

Attempted email to request a home visit for a Covid injection. The new system at first attempt is just as bad or worse than the last system the surgery used. The information leads you to believe that you can email regarding anything before 2pm. You can’t. I emailed at after 11am. The mail box was full and had stopped receiving. It took a phone call to the surgery to learn that for a non urgent query the alternative surgery email can be used or I could talk to a receptionist as long as the query wasn’t clinical. Also the present automated phone message was worded in such a way that it left the immediate impression that I couldn’t phone the surgery for any reason. The impression is that the surgery doesn’t want to hear from you at all. Which I know isn’t true where Sinnott Medical Centre is concerned.

I visited with a complex request involving two hospital letters about a change to my medication. It took several minutes work for two admin staff but this was done willingly and courteously and the necessary action put in train marked urgent. I am lucky to be registered with this practice.

Very friendly yet highly professional staff. They are polite and make my experience easy and noncomplicated. They helped me change my appointment date to suit my schedule easily as well.

since the New online system was introduced on the 1st of April I have not been able to book an appointment online. Every time I login, it tells me there’s no appointments. I think there’s new system has not been thought about correctly, especially for the elderly. I do think a lot of people will not be happy because they cannot get an appointment and it can be very dangerous for those who need it
