since the New online system was introduced on the 1st of April I have not been able to book an appointment online. Every time I login, it tells me there’s no appointments. I think there’s new system has not been thought about correctly, especially for the elderly. I do think a lot of people will not be happy because they cannot get an appointment and it can be very dangerous for those who need it

I really enjoyed my consultation with Dr today. Her gentle and kind manner made me feel really positive about the visit. She listened with interest and imparted with her knowledge in a way that didn’t feel patronising and made me feel at ease. I left clear about what the issue are and what the next steps will be. A very positive experience. The reception stuff were very kind and polite too and I have found this to be the case whenever I call too.

The reception team here are always so helpful and polite. My baby is ill and they managed to squeeze in an appointment at the end of the day for her.

Saw a locum GP (sorry I’m not able to mention her by name) today and had a lovely experience, she’s incredibly friendly, helpful and empathetic. Reception staff were also helpful and cheerful.

I came late to the doctors and was feeling disoriented with a migraine. The staff on the desk at Sinnott Practice Walthamstow stayed late to help me get sorted so I could get appointments rearranged and were supportive when I was feeling sick. I was then able to get to my blood/ECG appointments quickly. I really appreciated it, thank you.

I stayed with this practice for decades because it was so lovely. Not any more! On the 'appointment' phone line, why does it take so long? In half an hour of holding, I only moved two places in the queue (from 20 to 18!) Surely the appointment line should be fairly quick? I don't know where to start with how impossible this practice has become to deal with. Patients need to be treated like humans and that doesn't happen here!

every doctor here i’ve known since i was little they watched me grow up and i love coming here everyone treats me with kindness and respect and i feel very comfortable around everyone my aunty mateen also works here and makes sure i can always get an appointment when i need help with anything

I have been trying to book an appointment for nearly 4 weeks and I still not be able to do so. Every time you call them the waiting time is always 1 hour. Could someone check the real meaning of that timing.

Since we joined this practice a year ago, I can't really say anything good about them. It's more about one receptionist, who I find extremely rude, she would not listen to you, but read like from the script, when you urgently need to speak with a doctor. Starting with them just saying my daughter's abdominal pain was just from a stomach bug (for several months!!!), and refusing to do anything more about it (we ended up going private). Or after having bleeding for 2 months, getting tests done, the receptionist advised me to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to speak with a doctor regarding tests to see if all results came fine (and I know they are not!!!). Even though the doctor has said if I need anything, and if bleeding has come stronger I should call practice, the receptionist would just dismiss my concerns and act like she has all authority to decide what needs to be done or not. If some doctors are nice, all experience and frustration with this practice ruins one person - receptionist!
