   I have never had any problems with the Practice and feel some of the comments I've seen are unfair. Yes, I have had to wait for an appointment, sometimes longer than I would like but other than that, I have always received great care and attention. I would not go elsewhere.

   Usually have good health but had to call the practice having been unwell and what I had got from the pharmacy not helped. Did not have to wait long to speak to a receptionist who was really helpful and arranged for a phone consultation with a practice nurse. Thanks to video technology she was able to diagnose my illness quickly and arrange for a prescription to be available. All this was done in a matter of hours. I hope you will pass on my thanks to the receptionists and the practice nurse who helped me.
