    I attended the Warsop clinic on 17/1/24 for ohysio treatment on my knees. I mentioned to the physiotherapist that I had a great deal of pain in my left calf. He examined this and sent me straight to A&E where a DVT was diagnosed. Without his intervention this could have ended up in a very different situation. I cannot thank him enough, he even contacted me the next day to find out the outcome and to see I was ok. Well done and thank you!

    Saw a new doctor this morning, the help I received was wonderful, I am very grateful. However, I was waiting for over half an hour for my prescription. (Pharmacy attached to the doctors). They kept saying the doctor hadn't sent it down but upon checking she had and they had just not downloaded it!! I think the lady on the desk had written my name down incorrectly so the dispensers were never going to find my prescription. I think the pharmacy needs to re-evaluate their procedure for writing down names upon first contact with the client. If in doubt ask for the spelling, don't just guess. This is the second time I have had this experience with the pharmacy.

    Funny thing is you have replied to a response I posted last year. I called today to book an appointment for today/tomorrow as I believe I may have a kidney infection. Was advised by the lady that no appointments are available and I can call back next Monday. If this is a private healthcare provider being paid by the NHS, then please investigate this practice as it certainly doesn't offer the service that they responded to on my feedback. It's places like this that give the NHS a bad name. Nothing but rude useless staff that answer the phones. Be easier to have a voice recording stating No!!!

    Have never failed to get a prompt appointment to see a doctor and have always received good care and attention from everyone. I compliment the practice on its caring efficiency.

    It is unfortunate I cannot name an individual but understand why. I attended an appointment today about some symptoms I was extremely worried about, I had concerns they may be life threatening. The doctor I saw was very new to the surgery, but he was simply brilliant. I explained things in detail, without over complicating anything, his mannerisms were calm and friendly, yet at the same time, totally professional. He was very thorough and explained every everything he was thinking and the roadmap ahead. He also asked me and my husband if we had any worries about what we thought it might be. After hearing my husband's worry about a very serious possibility, he was very reassuring and explained that whilst nothing could, be ruled out yet until after some more tests, from mine and my husband's explanation of our symptoms and the checks he did while we were there, he said he did not feel it would be as serious as that and has set our minds at ease for now. Again, his bedside manner is excellent. Myself and my husband did thank him and compliment him on his bed side manner, but I felt I should leave feedback as well.     Great receptionists that delt with my two daughters appointment needs with care and understanding ,noting the additional needs and making her a appointment with a suitable doctor,made a follow up appointment straight away.Making my other daughter two emergency appointments immediately.

    If been to the Drs 5 times in 3 months. I have got in every time and mostly with the Dr I wanted to see. Every Dr has been lovley, also the reception staff, I can't fault anyone.

    Can only call on the day for an appointment. I've had a red spot/sore on my nose for over 4 months, and can't book an advanced appointment. What kind of service are you running? I work out of town and can't book a same day appointment as it doesn't work. No email address to complain, just rude staff who answer the phones. Remind me what kind of service you offer or better still the lack of service!!

    I'm sorry that you are unhappy with our service and have had difficulty getting an appointment. We offer pre-bookable appointments up to 2 weeks in advance and also offer extended hours appointments after 6.30pm for those who work and cannot attend at other times. We can also do video appointments or telephone appointments with a photograph of the problem if this is more convenient. You may find on-line access helpful - once this is arranged you can book appointments and request medication on-line.
