Have been going there for over a year now about a problem which first started about four years ago when I was with a different GP. Safe to say there has been 0 progress and the doctors or receptionists don't seem interested in helping at all. Every appointment is a tick-box exercise with no real solutions. Waste of time, money and resources. No wonder NHS is under so much pressure when there is 0 interest in solving an issue but instead being referred for the same checks over and over again.

I have been with this practice since 1973 But the past 5 years I can honestly say it’s gone down hill The receptionists that I have come in contact with have been rude and argumentative for example saying I had received a text message when I hadn’t because if I had I would not be ringing the surgery I am no disputing it was sent I just know I didn’t receive it so please do speak to me as if I am lying
