    Since my practice has merged with two others to become Sarum Medical Services the website seems to lack basics. Wanting to check the opening times of the Broad Chalke & Sixpenny Handley surgeries (my existing surgeries) I can only find information for Millstream and Lark Hill which, being miles away, I won’t be using. I do hope these “enhancements” to the service (undertaken to benefit the practice & not the patients) don’t come with the expectation that we will be expected to potentially travel nearly 20 miles on the case of Lark Hill to see a doctor!!

    I wholeheartedly recommend the Sarum Health Group. From my experience they offer a helpful and efficient service with an easy to use on line facility to request appointments and repeat prescriptions etc.

    I text on the app for my mother as she has a bit of trouble with filling it in, I found that you can't really ask about 2 conditions, so filled in the first which was about chest pain, while filling in form for second condition mum had a phone call to see a Dr at larkhill, so asked on app if we could speak about both, text come back to say to mention it and an appointment would be made if it couldn't be solved. When mum got to see the Dr her words were ' which one's worse as we don't have a lot of time' being as she was all of 4 minutes in with the Dr and your supposed to get 10 minutes, she didn't diagnose anything or give her anything for the awful pain she's in, and completely disregard the chest pain and didn't make her another appt. Mum came out very upset with how she had been treated. My mother may be 81 years old, but her health and quality of life matter's and she came away feeling like it didn't. I'm disappointed with how she was treated as since we have been with you we have both seen some very good Dr's and one of your Dr's has been really good with Mum and can't fault her care.

    Great staff Please sort the website Takes forever to book appointments. Took me 3 x efforts via 2 different apps until finally found New Request button more than 3/4 way down the screen If you want to stop wastage @ A& E make the system easier by removing the " appointment button" because it doesn't work. Thank you

    I was impressed recently by the amount of care and the follow up procedures at this practice. My appointment with the psysiotherapist was very impressive - a professional who listened to the patient, had time for the patient, looked at patient history, gave a thorough examination and followed up the next day with an email containing guidance for the way ahead! Thank you Millstream. Very much appreciated.

    The Sarum Health Group is very proactive, efficient, and friendly. Always call when they say they will, and answer messages promptly. Quick in dealing with prescription requests, and fairly easy to obtain an appointment with a health professional. Thank you

    I have been treated brilliantly by reception, and by 3 clinicians, when I was really in need of careful but firm handling. The new approach using electronic, telephone and face to face is being well balanced.
