I needed a dressing changed at short notice and they rearranged their schedule to accommodate me. They were also excellent in performing the minor op at their Larkhill site.

The reception team are so much more friendly knowledgeable caring polite than they ever used to be Previous years I found the reception team argumentative and reluctant to help The team now are great and I would recommend this surgery

I visited on behalf of an overseas visitor who had received an outrageous fine for parking while he brought his wife in and asked where he could park. There are clearly signs up saying that you can’t park but as this place is used for emergencies there needs to be very clear signage saying where you can park and how to access it, particularly given the chaotic state of the city at the moment. Many people using the medical centre are probably not familiar with Salisbury let alone the intricacies of the centre.

Have always had good experiences with our eldest at the GP practice. Since having our youngest 5 weeks ago we have been struggling with cows milk protein allergy, the GPs we have seen and spoken to have been very helpful and understanding with how it has been a struggle at times.

I’ve been with the practice since 1988, during which time it has consistently improved. My most recent appointment was relatively short but professional as usual.

I would recommend my doctors to any one, they are very understanding of your illness issues. Explain things well, keep on top of updates . Regular checks done. Very nice people
