Really nice Dr introduced himself and told me what I had been asked to come in today , came out feeling confident as he explained the treatment very thoroughly

Doctor was very polite and concern about my condition,ordered again blood tests. I am happy with that.Thank you. I personally think for this surgery needs to have more doctors,because every appointment i see different doctors,it would be nice to have just one doctor personally,so I don’t have to explain my condition every time.

Thank you for taking the time to listen and examine, to understand symptoms, offer reassurance and advice. Recent advice and prescriptions have been provided with care and have proved effective. Friendly reception staff too. The only trouble is not easy to get through on the phone!

Seen the practices HCA for the first time today. Unsure if a new addition I hope she is! Very professional and helpful. Gave the best B12 ever this morning. Hope to see her again overall fab patient experience received today. Just to add practice seems to be more of a pleasant atmosphere and accessible than previous so what ever has changed recently keep it up!

My appointment yesterday felt like such a relief. The doctor was patient and respectful. Lovely, approachable, friendly reception staff. Very nice atmosphere.

I visited today and I was very happy with how attentive the female G.P. was. I felt like I was listened to and she was very empathic. I feel confident that my health issues are being dealt with sufficiency. Thank you.

Really pleased with my appointment. The doctor put my mind at ease. I was quite distressed and she was very kind and patient. The reception staff are really friendly too.
