Had a GP appointment at Sandringham today. Didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time. The receptionist, GP and pharmacist were all helpful friendly and professional. The GP was particularly caring and sympathetic. I’ve been ill for so long now and I really feel like the people at Sandringham care about my wellbeing and want to help me get better.

I contacted the surgery via its online forms. This is the first time I've done this. A member fo staff rang me within 1hr to offer me an appointment to see a doctor. Saw the doctor this morning. Amazing service. Quick and efficient. All the staff I had contact with, including the doctor, were help and polite. And everyone identified where they were from and their name.

I went for a general health check up, the nurse was kind and efficient to answer my questions and explained the next steps. The whole process took around seven minutes. Very efficient.

I registered with this practice this year and have found them to be excellent. I've been able to get appointments promptly without any hassle and the staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. My most recent visit was for a routine cervical screening. The nurse I saw was very professional, taking time to review my notes and ask questions. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout.

I have received a call from the doctors inviting me to review my results and discuss my health. I attended my appointment and it was a very positive experience and I felt like I have received a care I needed.

Waited 20 minutes after time of appointment but was seen and diagnosed quickly and had explanation then prescription organised and sent friendly approach from the doctor

I had a great telephone appointment this morning. They rang on time and listened to me. This Dr knows I know what's wrong and how to treat it which helps both of us keep the conversation quick and to the point. If something is new they take the time to ensure I'm informed of everything. Best decision I made was registering with this surgery.
