My daughter needed a blood test and we came down to this walk-in centre. The lady behind the desk was very helpful and organised everything. We only waited 5-10 minutes and the nurse was really great with my nervous daughter. I can pick my results up in less than 24 hours! Also there was free parking.

I recently had to have a foreign body (part of my hearing aid) removed from my ear. This was done quickly and efficiently by the nurse, without any appointment much to my relief. Thank you.

I had to take wife to Fleetwood urgent care on 5th November 2023 we went to reception and really good receptionist told us what to do and to fill tablet questionnaire in which we did a bit of a waiting time as s bit busy then saw first nurse who looked at lump on wife under arm prescribed antibiotics got prescription then next nurse in dressing section who dressed lump the went to Asda to get prescription and a bit of a treat for each of the 3 fantastic ladies for all their help today please can you make sure you thank all 3 for the excellent service and treatment today thanking you

Phoned for appointment 9-45 am. to have a post op dressing to be reapplied, given one for 10-15 am that morning , arrived 10-05, seen , dressings applied and was leaving by 10-35 am {10/10} all staff from the receptionist and nursing staff were brilliant, friendly polite and professional. they are a credit to the centre. I felt it was only right to give praise were it was well deserved

Visited with Mum who'd had a fall. Saw Dr who fully examined her thoroughly. Visit was not rushed and he sorted out x-ray etc. His manner was excellent. So reassuring to have this service at weekend

What a pleasure to have a problem !! Sat 27 May needed to attend the walk in centre with a recurring problem. Both the lady on reception and the nurse who attended to me were really pleasant and helpful. Even though there were quite a few people waiting to be attended to before me I was seen within 15 minutes and the consultation took about the same time. Problem solved and advice given, just couldn't wish for a better service. Thanks to all concerned.

Phoned for advice/appointment late afternoon was given an appointment within 30 mins of calling. Short wait on arrival then seen by a Nurse Practioner, diagnosed quickly, prescription given and all within 15 minutes of arrival. Friendly, professional staff, all in all great experience and service.

I attended the walk in centre regarding my blood pressure on Sunday feeling anxious The receptionist and the dr I spoke to were so helpful, patient and my examination was very thorough. I left feeling much better and reassured. Thank you both

After visiting pharmacy was advised to go to walk in centre. Booked in at reception and was seen by a nurse. Could not fault anything about my visit. We are so lucky to have this service

Not being able to see my Doctor I rang re an appointment , I was very concerned about my condition and a little frightened too. I was given an appointment for an hour later, re assured by an extremely pleasant lady . On attending the clinic I was greeted by a smile and warm welcome . All Staff were very professional , re assuring , the Doctor took time to re assure me , examined me thoroughly , prescribed me medication and at no time did I feel rushed or apprehensive . This is my second visit and on both visits I left feeling very satisfied and a lot calmer than when I arrived. Thankyou all so much , including pharmacy , who again were extremely helpful . How lucky are we all to have this facility on our doorstep .
