Came today and found that 3 of the disabled parking bays where taken for workers upgrading the x-ray machine. Why can't they park in normal parking spaces, I came with my father and had to use a normal parking bay but he uses a wheelchair!! Not very good as I can't get the chair down the side of other parked cars and open the car door wide enough to get him out of the car. This should be an easy fix for you to implement and move the cones to other bays. Thanks Paul.

Dear Paul I am sorry the work that was carried out has caused inconvenience to you and your father. It was critical work that urgently needed to be completed, with very heavy, large equipment. Unfortunately, the spaces that were allocated for the large vehicles were the largest and closest to main entrance doors where the equipment was being carried in. The work has now been completed, however, should you need to visit again, there are further disabled spaces by the rear entrance of the building, closest to the reception area. Not able to get an appointment at my Doctors Surgery I was offered an appointment within a few hours. Efficient sympathetic and hopefully I’ll be better soon.

I have been attending regularly for dressings due to lack of appointments at my GP. Every single member of staff, from the receptionists to the nurses have been professional, caring and cheerful. Can’t recommend this centre highly enough!

I've got to say, although I had a genuine need to be there, how grateful I am for the NHS. Fleetwood walk in centre is a hidden gem with staff so friendly and who care. I had to go and the NHS in general were on strike. Wait times estimated for 3 to 4 hours yet these ladies left to hold the fort were like soldiers helping their local people trying to get through the full waiting room that had spilled into 2 other waiting areas. Each person treated and helped with a friendly smile moved on to the next patient and just kept going. These poor ladies must have been exhausted and overwhelmed with the amount of people who needed their help. I hope the actions that happened today across the country actually get recognised as I was so grateful for their help and just wanted to pass the message on.

Had to take my husband as doctors could not see him as his dressing needed changing following a knee replacement. From the lady on reception who was lovely and got us in within 2 hours to the 2 wonderful nurses who attended to him. They are all a credit to this fantastic service.

Due to the frankly woeful service at my GP, i have needed to use this clinic twice in a few weeks for urgent care. The clinic is great - ample parking (unlike Whitegate Drive), clean, not too busy and as you prebook i have been in and out in 15 mins both times (unlike Whitegate drive or my GP). No idea why my GP cannot book in there, but actually it is so much quicker calling to book direct it is not worth bothering going through my GP.
