Why can't this surgery provide repeat appointments for B12 injections.Trying to arrange this for someone over the age of 90 is infuriating.You can not book the appointment until 1 month before you are due to have it.They when you call for the appt they want to make a 90 year old travel to a surgery much further away. When my mother has turned up for her appts they have also turned her away saying she did not have one.Why are they so incompetent.These are not difficult things to resolve and to treat a 90 year old like this is disgraceful.

Doctor treats elderly , with no compassion, she is disabled and wants her to travel to the surgery which is impossible, makes unhelpful comments. Has upset her and been difficult with family members trying to assist. Really needs to adjust behaviour and be kinder to the elderly. It isn’t good enough.

Changed my appointment time without letting me know. Should have been 10:30. It was changed to 15:30. I’m lucky I have flexible working hours. The staff are rude, uncaring and disrespectful. Take calls and text while dealing with patients. I'm going to change ASAP. I don’t understand how they can offer such a poor service with no accountability.

This doctor's surgery has gone downhill so fast. I went in to make an appointment, to which I was told I have to do it online or on the phone. I call up waiting 15mins, to be told this can't be done on the phone. The receptionist is always rude and huffing, extremely unhelpful and not a care in the world. I wonder how people get an appointment who haven't got the internet or have problems booking online. Disgraceful.

I was issued a months supply of non hrt medication and was told by the nurse that saw me that I will need to have a medication review to see if this medication is right for me. I called up previously and the receptionist read my notes which stated that I will need a review. She couldn’t help me this particular day and advised me to call back the same time the following day which I did so. I spoke to a different receptionist this time and straight away told me that I will need to email the practice for a repeat prescription. She didn’t ask for my name and only ask for my date of birth. The only way I could get my point across on what was happening was to explain it via the email hoping the dr will see it. I’m really starting to get anxiety when I need to call up nowdays 🥺
