    Great practice. Great understanding. Clear communication. Good and quiet environment . I have to wait a little bit but it’s ok . I feel comfortable with Doctor .

    I had an appointment with my Doctor . I burst into tears due to emotional crisis I was facing. She calmed me down and normalised the situation by showing sincere sympathy . Sometimes few words of contentment or even a smile give you a lot to release your pressure. Thanks to the Doctor also staff is always very friendly especially when they make you feel important. Just a little is enough for others so keep it up.

    I didn’t feel heard during my consultation. I talked about my symptoms but I felt like the doctor wasn’t listening to me. She prescribed medication despite me expressing wanting talk therapy too. She offered a service I’ve already tried and did not seem to listen when I told her I wanted to try something longer term. I’m already taking headache medication and she didn’t address my question regarding any possible interactions with the antidepressants. The recent interaction made me not want to try the service again despite needing it. I hope the doctors are more patient-focused.

    Want to compliment the staff at the surgery, from the reception to the staff at the top. They were very helpful and kind, a very welcoming reception and helpful until all my needs were adhere to. The nursing staff are very pretty and caring, they treat you with dignity and respect and confidentiality.

    I have been having problem with dizziness or vertigo and a trial of a medication for a month was advised. I made an appointment via telephone to let the GP that the medication has helped and it the vertigo is much better and I would like the medicine to continue in my repeat prescription too and it has been done very quick.

    They are polite and the place is near and professional. They have many number of rooms inside although another GP share the same building. They called the patients exactly as per the appointment time without any delay. The doctor was friendly soft and kind in nature. I recommend anyone to enrol this GP

    I went for a second shingles jab. Sadly I couldn’t have it because it was a few days short of the required six months since my first jab. The nurse booked me in again immediately. I guess my question should be ‘why was I booked in too soon?’
