Review titled Worst GP practice
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 05 April 2024
The service is not goof as i have been calling since Tuesday and they told me that there were no available appointments, meaning I had to call again Wednesday and she told me to see a doctor face to face and today when i called I never got an appointment which is absurdly, ever since I’ve registered here, I haven’t seen one single doctor and when you call and call and call them and can’t get through to them, they then tell that all the appointments are taken. I am a person who struggles with arthritis, it is crucial for me to see a doctor every few weeks and this GP Practice has got to be the worst practice period!

Review titled Amazing Doctors and staff
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Leandra - Posted on 18 April 2024
This, Doctors Surgery is a breath of fresh air, especially coming from my previous Surgery that never would listen to me or could even make an appointment. This surgery literally has saved my life. They answer the phone always, and they always follow up with a They answer the phone always, and they always follow up with a text message if need be to inform me of anything else I need to know. Every appointment. I am listened to respected given time to explain my ailments, and they are always willing to help treat me and look out for my well-being and care. Receptionist staff are amazing. Very polite, always listen and do their job effectively and efficiently. The nurses are amazing they go above and beyond to achieve all the tests I am meant to have they are always there to help and put me at ease. The doctors are so amazing efficient, effective and practice person centred care allowing me to express myself and explain what my problems are without interference or cutting the appointment short which is happened in my previous Surgery. Hence the reason I moved to this surgery. Presently I would recommend this surgery to anyone who needed Efficient and effective doctors nurses and reception staff because they are great. It is actually a joy to go to the doctors appointment now. I had several problems that needed attention diabetes being the most important. This surgery has now got that under control and started giving me my medication which at my previous surgery was stopped abruptly and without informing me. This surgery has now got my diabetes in Cheque, I’ve had all my diabetes foot Checks blood tests and anything else to regulate my blood glucose levels. They are referring me to various services that I need which I have been asking for for over two years with my previous surgery upon going to appointments with this surgery. My referral was sent off straightaway giving me hope And confidence to fix problems I’ve had in the new future.

Review titled Unattended reception
Rated 4 stars out of 5

It is an umbrella practice that exists alongside other practices in the same building. I find it annoying that other practices are giving Doctor appointments before 08:00 am and this practice seems to be 09:00 am. Appointments with the Nurse are given from 8:00 am. On the day in question I had an 08:00 am appointment with the Nurse and I had arrived at 07:45 to find other practice doctors were seeing patients whereas the practice reception for my doctors was not manned. I waited until 08:15 before the nurse I was to see at 08:00 arrived. The Nurse apologised for being late but gave no reason. My appointment with Nurse was very good and I can only praise her work during my attendance - she was very efficient, knowledgeable, informative and had a friendly disposition. I can’t understand why, if there are appointments at 08:00 , reception is not manned before that time - say 07:50 to help people who arrive for the first appointments.

Review titled Nice building and questions answered

It was a pleasant experience. Ample car park spaces available. Toilets are clean and smell fresh, really nice. Pleasant waiting area. The nurse who drew my blood was patient and gentle. Did not leave a bruise on my arm. She sounds and acts so experience. I felt I was in good hand. I have asked a lot of questions during that time which she gave me answers that I am happy with.
