I have received nothing but friendly, extremely professional help from the doctors,nurses and civilian support staff whenever I have needed it. Can't thank them enough.

Went for blood test, nurse extremely friendly and very efficient and caring particularly as she knows I am in remission from lymphoma

I have been seen by Nurse both at the Ryelands Surgery and at the Bodenham branch surgery and have always been treated kindly and with respect. I was very reassured by my visits and would like to thank the team for their care

Efficient nurse. Fully explained procedures. My only complaint is that there is no list of who is in which side of practice. I had to ask receptionist and this is using up their time which could be otherwise utilised.

I had to attend the out of hours service at Ryelands Surgery yesterday morning. I have not visited the surgery before and do not live in Leominster. I had looked up the location of the surgery online before I made the journey. When I arrived at the surgery's apparent location there were signs for the Marches Surgery and Westfield Surgery but nothing whatsoever for Ryelands. I wasted some time walking up and down the road trying to find Ryelands. In the end I walked into a building marked Marches Surgery to find that it was in fact also Ryelands. When inside there was a prominent notice saying that if one was more than 5 minutes late for an appointment it would be considered as cancelled. Thanks to the confusion due to lack of signage that nearly applied to me. I cannot be the only person to have been confused by the complete lack of signage to Ryelands Surgery. Please could it be rectifed? Thank you.

Consultation with Gp that I had not seen before. Was competent and put me at ease. Listened to my medical problems. Prescribed medication and tests that will help with my ongoing problems. Would recommend this gp.
