    I’ve recently joined this practice since moving into the area I’ve had interaction with a female clinician and found her to be a very comforting and supportive Clinician . She has great warmth and professionalism when dealing with her patients. I found her to be very proactive in dealing with my medical care and she ensured matters were investigated fully. I found her nature and interpersonal skills to be very patient centered and her ability to make you feel at ease when discussing your concerns to be very respectful and understanding.

    Following two call backs from the GP at the practise I attended the surgery today with my 85 year old mother who is a patient there. The appointment was made at the suggestion of the GP who felt that a face to face meeting would help to resolve the health problem and lead to a more thorough prognosis. During the meeting my mother was treated with care and compassion and came away feeling reassured. Follow up blood tests were arranged as well as specialist psychiatric care and both my mother and I were offered the opportunity to re-engage with the GP if necessary. We did not feel rushed or that we were being a nuisance and the overall experience was very warm and welcoming. The receptionist staff were also helpful and apologised that we had to wait for blood tests forms, which was not very long at all. Overall a great experience and outstanding service from the NHS.

    I arrived about 15 minutes early, signed in and waited. I was called on time, the doctor was very considerate and discussed all my worries.

    Staff are always friendly over the phone and in person. They make every effort to help with queries, try accommodating appointments especially for children even on very short notice. Dr followed up the next day after seeing one of my children to check if need for another in person appointment or further tests. All staff friendly with children and making them feel at ease. Family of 5 with 3 small children

    After a bad experience at a different clinic to remove a coil, my doctor at the Rydal Group Practice called me to arrange an appointment and made me feel comfortable with my options and the process. It was much simpler than I had expected and virtually painless. It should be noted, I had tried to get an appointment at the Rydal Group Practice for 3 months before having to visit a seperate clinic. The receptionist staff informed me a doctor could not remove my coil, which turned out to be incorrect.

    Quite a few bad experiences culminating in Rydal deciding to reroute repeat prescription to a chemist that i have no knowledge of or wish to use,from my regular local chemist causing upset and frustration,then blaming my regular chemist for the problem

    I have had contact with 3 GPs from this surgery and have had a quick response and a thorough examination. I have been listen to and blood test and Scans have been done.I am very pleased with the service I have received

    This is a great GP surgery. I had the flu jab today and the nurse was friendly and polite and did a great job. Booking in on arrival was easy. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
