I have been lucky enough to have been a patient here for over 35 years .Always, the service from the receptionists, to the nurses and the Doctors has been exemplary.Despite being so busy they always have time to listen and cope with problems .The E-consults works so well with a GP responding within 2-3 hours Recently I had a problem with in 24 hours a blood test was arranged ,then an ultrasound 4 days later .The GP rand herself to give the results and explained what the next stage would be ....such good and quick service .Praise hardly seems enough it really is an excellent practice .Thank you .

I have always had great service from Rosemead and I've been going there for nearly 40 years. This morning was a great example. I submitted an econsult form and almost immediately the doctor phoned back. She had read my notes and new exactly what the problem might be. Fantastic!

I'm very grateful for the kindness and care given to me when I go to this surgery. I cannot rate the team highly enough - from the warm welcome of the receptionists, to the doctors and nurses - they are knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. Also premises are nice and clean which is a bonus.

I completed an e-consult and was called back almost immediately by one of the very helpful doctors. She took time to listen and helped me with my concerns. All the team I speak to at Rosemead are polite, helpful and always doing their best to provide a great service. Lucky to have this practise locally and leaps and bounds better than our previous one. Thank you Rosemead.

I have been a patient at Rosemead Surgery for many years and it has consistently provided an excellent level of service and care, from the receptionists who answer the phones to the practice nurses and doctors, everyone is pleasant, helpful and go the extra mile to make the patient experience the best it can be. I have used the online system a few times and have always had a call back really quickly. This week the doctor called me back and when I couldn't get to the phone she sent me text messages and then called back again to check if she could be any further support. She was understanding, and supportive and it was very much appreciated. I would like to thank all the staff and doctors for continuing to provide such a great service, it really does stand out and is greatly appreciated.

I want to make sure that people are aware of how good Rosemead Surgery is! they always come back very quickly and knowledgable after an Econsult and are extremely helpful and caring. I am very happy that I have joined the Rosemead Practice and I feel like I will always be well looked after.

This afternoon I submitted an econsult form and within 10 minutes received a phone call from a doctor with appropriate advice! I’ve used econsult several times over the last few years and I’ve always received a same day response. The doctors are always kind, understanding and very helpful. On one occasion the doctor phoned and spent about 30 minutes on an in depth discussion. I think the econsult service is an excellent way of delivering a first class service. The response can be tailored to the patient’s need whether this be an email, advice over the phone or a request to attend the surgery. Much more effective than trying to phone to get an appointment and then wasting both the doctor’s time and mine. All the doctors I’ve seen are great.

E-consult request for an X-ray on my knee. Response the next day and went to local hospital for this. Confirmed by the GP a few days later as severe wear & tear and offered a cortisone injection the next day. The same day I had a request for an orthopaedic msk assessment which was for 3 working days later. This all happened within 2 weeks! Excellent care and all round service. Thank you so much to our hard working GPS and the Rosemead surgery staff.

Following an e-consult, the surgery responded within 30 minutes. The prescription was in place within minutes. A totally professional and friendly response as usual.
