Following an e-consult, the surgery responded within 30 minutes. The prescription was in place within minutes. A totally professional and friendly response as usual.

Just finished a screening process that’s taken 3 months. The practice has been really friendly and efficient…one GP even stayed on at work after hours to process the hospital appointment. The receptionists go out of their way to help without fail. The practice is a tribute to the NHS - which in turn (in my opinion) has been brilliant. Thank you Rosemead.

I have been using Rosemead Surgery since moving to the area during Covid Lockdown. The doctors and staff have been exemplary in their support ad service. This along with a strong personal engaged approach has always left me with a feeling of "they care". With any issue I have had they have responded quickly and efficiently pretty much on the same day I contacted them. They are proactive in finding solutions to some of my long term issues.

Called surgery at 8, Doctor called me at 8.30 and I got an appointment for 10. Very professional and polite, explaining everything. We are extremely lucky to have such a wonderful surgery staffed by the best. Long may it last. Thank you

With all the press reports about the difficulty in contacting a GP, I was initially annoyed at being diverted to econsult. But it was actually so much easier to write down my symptoms than to recite them face to face. But better, within six hours, I had received a phone call back, tests had been arranged, and a prescription made and communicated to the local pharmacy - and all essentially from the comfort of my own home. Particularly in the light of all the adverse press comment about the NHS - I am staggered by how efficient is Rosemead Surgery.

This surgery is by the far the best I have had. Amazing doctors who listen and care. Lovely to talk to. All appointments, phone consultations or face to face are handled with such care. Reception staff are welcoming, helpful and kind. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work. Could not recommend this surgery enough.

Lovely kind professional reception staff - can't recommend them highly enough. The doctor is great - patient centred, warm, kind and follows up patients. Now, also a super physician associate who was thorough and professional, and had a warm manner. A big thank-you. Perfect Surgery.

My experience on this and previous occasions has been absolutely wonderful. I’ve used the eConsult options and have had callbacks within a couple of hours. These have then been followed up with any necessary visits to the surgery etc. The doctors and other staff have been brilliant, caring and efficient. Would highly recommend this practice as they provide exceptional service.
