I have been in the practice most of my life under different doctors but this administration has turned the practice into the 21st century under difficult times for the NHS and made the practice one of the best in Knowsley The reception staff are polite and are always helpful you are always get a appointment within 24hrs medical staff are always caring and helpful for you to get the treatment you require The admin staff are always looking at ways to provide the best service for their patients The admin staff got off to a bad start with the fire and break in and had to find new premises under great difficulty .They must be congratulated for their endeavour and I for one are happy to call this my practice Thankyou for all your endeavour

I visited to sign up to the practice. Was interviewed by two nurses. They were friendly and welcoming. The practice staff also made me feel very welcome and relaxed. I was called into a Doctor's office. She was young and welcoming as well.Shevasked if I had any medical worries. I told her I had been sent to have my back checked and the results were sent to my last GP who said I had problems all down my spine and I should see a consultant. I told him we were planning to move to Liverpool He said he would hold to plan untill I had moved to a new GPs practice and he would arrange for them to do the plan. She then said she would contact the GP and do the arranging. She has done so and I have an appointment on the 8th of August.

Saw doctor and nurse today for health check and appt with doctor very satisfied with the treatment I received from both. Its good to be with a practice that gives such an excellent service from reception, and medical staff. Thoroughly recommend this great practice

I have recently moved GP surgeries along with my 2 daughters to Roby medical Centre. I phoned yesterday and was offered an appt today for my daughter, we was seen on time by a lovely practitioner (sorry i didnt catch her name), lovely bedside manner and put my daughter at ease, prescribed medication and offered really good advice too. Was then told we would receive a call next week to see how my daughter is getting on and if medication is working ok. I am so happy we moved practices and can't praise the staff in Roby Medical Centre enough. Well Done x
