Review titled Great Practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Mrs K Patel - Posted on 28 January 2025
Seen lots of improvements over the years. New systems a lot better. Very caring practice. Recent experience with the GP was lovely and kind and really listened and helped me with my medical problem and gave me good advice and reassurance.

Review titled Harsh use of syringe
Rated 1 star out of 5

I went in for a blood test and the nurse was quite harsh on syringe. Very painful and left a huge dark spot in half of the arm that took 2 weeks to go away.

Review titled Responsive and flexible
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Stephen - Posted on 21 November 2024
Another positive experience today with the surgery who have made changes to ensure that all my health needs were met in one appointment. The practice nurse was very approachable, helped me to be relaxed and was kind, patient in the session. The reception staff are also very friendly and responsive. I have been a patient with this surgery over many years and I have found the service to have improved over years ,particulary post covid. The expanded use of the NHS app has been another positive improvement.

Review titled Can't even get the basics right
Rated 1 star out of 5

There are a lot of poor experiences we've had with this surgery but I will stick to the latest one being that my mum requested her repeat prescription for all her medication in person at the surgery and she was told it's been sent to boots pharmacy. On collection the pharmacy said only one item had been issued. This means my mum is without all her medication. Why can't they even get the basics right?! Then you're no longer allowed to call unless it's between 10-1pm and anytime afterwards your call is disconnected. Absolutely atrocious. So we are left without medication due to their mistake. Oh they also don't have a written feedback procedure so you have no idea what they will do and by when and what the outcome will be. St Peter's health centre their sister surgery is the same. Nothing on their website with a written procedure.
