I have been in several times and asked to speak with the manager. She is always too busy when i drop by yet she has not rung me back when I have left my phone number The service is declining. They used to have some great staff but they all seem to be leaving or have left. There used to be a bloke on reception. He was always friendly and helpful and nothing was too much buy since he has gone it's just new people who have no idea what they are doing It's such a shame that the manager doesn't care but perhaps that tells the story

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just wanted to thank the staff at Purbeck Health Centre for helping me the other week. I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have an appointment, but the reception team were really kind and made sure I was looked after. The manager even came out to check on me and got me seen, they really went above and beyond. It’s also such a relief to be seen face-to-face again. The new staff are so much friendlier than before and the whole place just feels more caring. Things have really improved over the last few months, thank you.

Today was really hard after finding a lump in my breast, a lovely lady (nurse & chaporne came in an made me feel so reassured, being ex military and clinically trained my self I just feel she went the extra mile to assure me

Why ask us to book an appointment and then keep us waiting in a queue. I appreciate that you are having a busy day but so am I and now my team. Had the clinic been advertised correctly I would have been able to plan appropriately. Please learn to communicate with us not just tell us you are busy.

Received a call from the Doctor today and He was very courteous and informative as he broke down my results and offered solutions for reversal of the condition, online classes and literature. Overall I’m very happy with the service that I received.

Been waiting since July for a doc to call me as they wouldn’t release medication until they had spoken. After call to surgery a while back they agreed to issue but would need to speak to doc afterwards by tel. Nothing heard and I am Now running out again. Doc phoned today, very polite and gave results and said carry on as before. Glad he phoned and understand he is not Usually at this surgery so above is not his fault But the surgery.

Doctor rang to follow up on my blood pressure readings which I had been monitoring. He requested I do further readings for the next 7 days to ensure I am taking enough blood pressure medication to keep it under control. Agreed to take 4 readings per day two morning at least 10 minutes apart and two evening then hand in to surgery to be reviewed. Find it difficult on the phone as have hearing issues but managed to follow what he was saying without asking him to repeat much. Much prefer to discuss face to face.

Spoken to a GP this month for my daughter. He was very caring and explained everything so I could understand and took the time to listen to my concerns.
