The doctor was very thorough and considerate. Had obviously fully checked my medical records and involved me in the decision regarding new medication. I was very happy and felt relieved.

I have had a complex mix of symptoms which made me very ill. Thanks to a team effort from reception, through nursing and doctors, referral to hospital for X-Rays and good diagnosis I am well on the way to recovery.

Today for the first time I used the econsult service via the PMG website. I reported my symptoms mid afternoon. Within 1 hour I had a telephone call from a GP. within 2 hours I had an appointment. The GP was brilliant giving me a very clear explanation during his diagnosis with a well explained route forward. This was the NHS at its best - well done PMG

We are very fortunate to have the PMG, It is staffed by really great Doctor's and Staff. Both myself and my my wife are patients. Having suffered a potentially very serious medical issue last year, the care and treatment that has been shown has been wonderful. I cannot thank all them enough.

Just wanted to say how much I appreciated the professionalism, kindness and thoroughness of approach. I felt understood and listened to and was given good options to consider and everything was fully explained. I also appreciated the follow up as well. Excellent work.

I came for a steroid jab in the knee, the second knee to be tackled. The consultation was, as always, relaxing and courteous. The injection was painlessly and expertly carried out. In my ten years of living in Pulborough, I have found the practice always responsive to my medical needs. What a great bunch of people, from reception to nurses to doctors to Covid-jabbers. Both lighthearted and serious as appropriate.

I have been worried about a few health issues recently and all the staff from reception. Addmin, nurses and Doctors have been great with finding time for appointments and great medical care. Thank you all.

Lovely services at PMG. All doctors pharmacists, and back up staff are consistently helpful kind,and non judgemental. I have suddenly got into a cycle of ill health,but can always rely on the highest quality of care.

I have found Pulborough Medical Practice to be very efficient, helpful and empathetic. I am grateful that, if you have an immediate concern, the staff will find you an appointment very promptly. Recently this has happened to me twice and both times I was seen on the same day - actually within a few hours of phoning the surgery. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at this practice.

My recent face to face consultation was very thorough, informative and helpful. All my experiences with the surgery have been positive including access by phone which has only ever meant a short wait in the queue before being able to speak to a helpful member of the reception team.
