    I recently moved to Pulborough and this surgery was the one I registered at. After having a pretty bad time with my last surgery, I was apprehensive but woww! This surgery is just incredible! You are welcomed, you are listened to, the staff are fabulous and caring and I’ve never been made to feel like a hypochondriac - everything is taken seriously and I cannot thank Pulborough Medical Group enough! Can I also say, the receptionists are so lovely too! They have always been so lovely and friendly!

    My doctor was very thorough and I did not feel rushed during the consultation. I was made to feel at ease and it was overall a pleasant visit. Thank you.

    On two occasions this month I have used the online consult at Pulborough Medical Group. Both times I have been called back the same day by a doctor, firstly to prescribe a solution and the second time to be asked to come down to the surgery for an immediate face to face consultation. The service was excellent, thorough and fast. Thanks to all concerned.

    Last week, I was given me my annual diabetic review. The process was so easy and explained so well. For a nervous patient worried about passing the memory test and having a blood test, the Nurse was both personable and professional. I left the surgery with a smile on my face.

    My wife consulted the doctor today with problems with oedema and mobility. We were very impressed at how thorough and sympathetic the consultation was.

    I have no complaints about the Practice, it has always given me good medical service. My issue was on Tuesday 27th Dec2022, I wished to make an appointment to at least speak with a doctor. I phoned at 8.00am and was put in a queue. I foolishing held for over two hours, only to discover when I went to the surgery at lunch time you were closed. I realise it is an unusual time of year for days off, but please ensure that when you are closed, calling patients are notified on the phone. thank you.

    I am sorry that there was a problem with our phone system on the 27/12/22. It was raised with the telecom supplier at the time and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused. As a general rule the surgery is never open on a bank holiday. Patients are advised to call 111. Thanks

    The GPs are a mixed bag. Some are helpful, and some are very abrupt. I can't imagine they will still have an Outstanding CQC rating next time. They restrict econsult to limited work hours which is really hard for shift workers. Communication is often quite slow and unnecessarily complicated. I wanted to make a complaint but the only option was to phone the practice manager. It's impossible.

Just to confirm we have extended the availability of the eConsult service to 7.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday, and we have had positive feedback from patients regarding this. there are several options if you wish to make a complaint. This can be done over the phone, in writing - either by email or by post/hand delivered letter. Alternatively patients can phone and make an appointment to come in in person to discuss their concerns. Thank you.

    Since we moved to this surgery in August we have been totally disappointed. No member of my family have had an appointment with the GP. Even though we have called multiple times. Supposedly, this surgery opens at 7am, however when looking for this surgery phone number, it states that it open from 8 to 6.30. I have tried to call at 8am but they don't pick up the phone until 9am. And even then they say that they have already booked all the emergency slots!at 9.01am! And that I should called at 2pm again! Which I have done it but again they are fully booked! No even my child who is just 3 years old has been able to have a check up and he has have a cough for longer than a month! . I had a polineuropathy a life threatening one. I needed to call 111 for them to book me a slot at this surgery which miraclesly had a available slot just after they said they didn't. Still, when visiting this surgery the doctor didn't perform any checks only said that I needed to contact my consultant (which was on holiday) or the professor who sees me in London because he couldn't do anything. (I didn't need to phone all the health services for this doctor to say this to me, of course I did this before he even mentioned but given the fact that my doctor was on holiday I thought the GP would care for my condition). He didn't do strength checks or anything, not even blood pressure checks. I needed to say to him that I was having palpitations which then he checked and said "oh yes, it's a bit high". He did not considered that i needed to be in the hospital. And of course, he could have done something, he could have booked me straight into the emergency in a hospital for immediate treatment. Also, given my polineuropathy I was struggling to catch my breath a and talking made me agitated. I tried to take my mask off when I was on the room with the "doctor" to get a bit of air. And he said "I only see patients if they have the mask on, otherwise I don't see them"I said I am trying to catch my breath to what he replied" Put your mask on - I am immunocompromised"to what I replied "I am immunocompromised too - I have lupus and I am having a very bad flare up" Thankfully, my consultant contacted me the next day because he was back and put me in the hospital to avoid my polineuropathy to keep progressing. This is something the GP could have done if he could have only bother to read my medical history.

    Due to unforeseen doctor Illness, I expected my appointment to be cancelled, but receptionist called early morning to tell me another doctor would see me later the same day I outlined my symptoms to this doctor, and he clearly explained what might be causing these symptoms, and the various treatments, once a diagnosis was confirmed. He was impressively knowledgeable and I really felt comfortable with the advice given, and the next steps outlined and required follow up. The whole process was seamless and well organised, and everyone I met was polite and helpful. A great experience
