My daughter, away from home, went down with a suspected throat infection. The surgery's duty doctor responded before she came home, doing a consultation via phone, including pictures, and prescribing so that medication was available to her as soon as she came home. We could hardly have asked for more. This was a responsive, resourceful, and decisive service. Thanks are due to all involved.

The day after a Bank Holiday is always busy, but I phone at 8am and got straight through with regard to a post operative problem. By 8:35 the doctor was speaking to me and by 9:05 I was stood in front of her in the surgery. She decided what needed doing in a re assuring and extremely competent manner. I was very grateful for the rapid response and the professionalism of the doctor.

Front of house needs manners all they want to do us argue and be rude last blood test shocking I needle phobic, and had bloods taken leaving me with blood running down my arm when leaving and a nasty bruise the nurse seemed to be rushing resulting in one test not being sent to lab
