When you succeed in getting an appointment it is good service, our designated doctor made time for me and listened well

Was seen on time; reception staff professional were polite. Nurse is friendly, polite and professional. Surgery was very clean. And staff were very helpful, always trying to help.

The practice nurse immediately put me at ease before my shingles vaccination and answered my questions with regards to a recent surgery clearly and with understanding of my concerns. Her friendly personality went along way to reassure me.

Due to persistent pain in the knee 3 weeks ago I called the reception who offered me an appt on the same day to see a gp. At the doctors suggestion I attended the local hospital for an X-ray. I was recalled within in a few days to discuss further management and have been referred for physiotherapy. I was really pleased with the outcome and prompt actions by reception staff and gp.

The GP phone call was unexpected, pleasant and constructive an appointment promptly made for a routine consultation and outcome. All splendid.

Seen same day and wonderful staff from Clinicians to admin. I have never had a problem seeing a doctor or nurse if it's an urgent reason. Been with this practice for 40 years.

New to Plas Med practice in Bexley, very efficient and pleasant experience thus far. Test results come back extremely speedily. Appointments don’t seem to be a problem. Doctors, nurses and pharmacist all extremely informative, nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Had 2 appointments within 10 minutes between seeing nurse and then a doctor I was a bit worried that would miss drs appointment but receptionist put a note against my name letting dr know I was there.

The surgery is very well run. Although appointments are made a week in advance, there is always the possibility of seeing someone from the surgery on the same day, if it is an urgent matter. Everyone is polite, friendly and listens to what you are saying. I have never had a bad experience.
