   For someone who is dealing with the admin of ‘sick and unwell patients’ you would expect a level of patience and decency. You would not expect to be spoken to so poorly just for mishearing. The doctors at this surgery are friendly and I have had good experiences with them. However the receptionists are some of the rudest people I have come across. If you are working in customer service you need to learn how to do it properly. Absolutely shocking.
