Thank you, I’m currently in London which should have been an overnight stay unfortunately my partner was admitted to hospital, ive only bought a weeks supply of my Owen medication which ran out yesterday, phone call to surgery they have sorted out script, and told me which pharmacy to collect from. Very professional and friendly. Thank you😀

For the first time in a number of years I have had a face to face consultation with a doctor. I felt comfortable and was happy with the outcome. However it felt rushed.

The prompt service and professional attitude of all at the surgery to investigate a possible TIA was a breath of fresh air at this time when the NHS is under constant pressure and criticism. Many thanks to all at Peverell Park Surgery.

I attended the practice for a procedure. The Dr and his assistant were very kind, professional and understanding. The Dr explained what the procedure entailed very clearly. I was very stressed when I first went in due to other issues, which I shared with the GP. He was so very kind and offered me further support if I required it. His assistant was comforting and kind.

Very poor service. Had been trying for over a week to get an appointment with a gp. Kept being passed over. When I did eventually get a gp appointment he told me I was wasting his time and that this appointment should have been a phone call. Did not ask me any questions about the problem I came with instead spent the 10 minutes telling me that It was an inappropriate appointment and that there was nothing they could do to help me. Did not put any effort into looking at my medical history. Told me I had no history of the problem before. Then I told him the exact times I had presented. No apology was given. Had a 4 minute call with a mh nurse and was told I didn't have any problems. After not asking me about my mental health. Frankly dangerous. I left today with no follow up plan, safety net, medication or anything. The past week of trying to speak to someone has been a complete waste of time.

A quick, efficient and courteous appointment with the practice nurse for a regular blood test. Easy check in too.
