    The doctor was outstanding as usual. He had an indepth knowledge of my file and immediately advised what he believed my problem to be ( rhinitis). He arranged a blood test for me as he believes that one of the medications I am on may be causing the problem

    I saw a doctor twice recently. She was very good listener. She prescribed right medication for my pain and also requested MRI. She asked me to make further appointment.

    On calling the surgery at 8am in the morning the call was picked up by an automated answering service which took forever going through lots of things ...I was finally given the option to speak to reception and as usual I was 10th in the queue. However I was very surprised that not only did the queue diminish extremely quickly but I was actually given an appointment at 1030 that morning....I was amazed as I thought it would be a fruitless task. When you are not feeling well the last thing you need is to get-up at 8am and make this call. I was further dreading the appointment as they always run so far behind and once again sitting in a waiting room whilst feeling ill is also a nightmare,but once again I was pleasantly surprised that I was seen only 20 mins late.....my only criticism of the workings of the surgery is that your name is displayed on a board when it is your turn to see the Dr....I feel that in a world where GDPR and information privacy is so high on everyones agenda, this is not ticking any boxes. Maybe a simple number system would be better. Overall, this time, I was impressed with the efficiency of the surgery.
