As usual I found the reception team extremely understanding and helpful. I was able to get timely appointments to discuss my health concerns. The doctor who phoned me today was very thorough recommending courses of action. I didn’t feel rushed during the consultation and I feel I’ve been genuinely listened to. I’m so glad I’m with this practice.

The Health Care Assistant today made the process of providing a blood sample quick easy and painless. She was very welcoming and friendly putting me at ease

I raised a concern regarding my health which was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I felt that the response was highly professional and this was extremely reassuring to me. I have an absolutely no complaints about this surgery.

After I ran into difficulties with a very long waiting list at Hereford County Hospital, my doctor quickly sorted out a referral to an alternative hospital. I have always found the nurses and reception staff to be very good 🙂

In the time I have been in Ross-on-Wye I have had nothing but incredible support from Pendeen Surgery. The last 18 months has seen a change in my health which has resulted in several appointments about different things and arranging blood tests. I could not have found the team in Pendeen more helpful and friendly, and have found me suitable appointments and kept me informed at all times. The service provided has surpassed everything I would have expected and I would like to thank Pendeen for looking after me so well.

Staying away from home for a few days. Realised I needed an urgent prescription. Took a punt and called the local surgery. Extremely helpful receptionist. Friendly. Informed. Got me registered as temporary resident. Got confirmation text not long after. Doctor rang me within about 20 minutes. Agreed prescription. All sorted within the hour. Fab. Thanks to all
