I have had a couple of bad weeks unwel came from hospital needed an urgent blood test only week away, the lovely lady phoned and got me a cancelation, so polite helpful and a please to call this myoractice

I explained my situation to the receptionist re my visit to RSH and how they advised me to contact my GP to have a face to face appointment to get referral for X-ray on my foot She was very friendly and helpful. I now have one tomorrow thanks to her!!! She went the extra mile and fitted me in. Thank you

Good reception staff and kind doctors - they helped me, especially a female member of staff who helped me analyse my memory.

Hi I been a patient for years and love to deal with nicky she is always kind and listens and I had a problem with my son and she went above and beyond to help him.....I'm so grateful for her being there

I received a welcoming call from the reception team as needed to book appointments and review medication. Was offered good clear options and given advice for alternative services who could help.

Reasonably scheduled appointment. The Doctor was able to calm my worries and recommend a an appointment with a physio. A receptionist phoned shortly afterwards with the appointment.

Contacted to book a health check, initial and follow up appointment booked easily over the phone, no problem getting through to surgery either.

I called to make an enquiry about extending my sick certificate. The phone was answered quickly and I had a very helpful lady who talked me through what I needed to do and sent me the link I need via text. Unfortunately I got cut off during the conversation but she called me back straight away to finish giving me the information. She was friendly and informative.

Found it easy to make a prompt appointment. Consultation was stress free and reassuring. All staff were friendly and gave thier time and attention generously

It was easy to make an appointment with the GP I wanted. I didn’t have to wait too long. I was seen on time by a friendly helpful doctor who sorted out three medical issues I had. Very happy with this practice.
