It was easy to make an appointment with the GP I wanted. I didn’t have to wait too long. I was seen on time by a friendly helpful doctor who sorted out three medical issues I had. Very happy with this practice.

Great care from receptionist, the nurses and Dr's, especially to the Nurse practitioner that visited. Nothing was too much trouble.

Have been trying to get laxatives sorted, and they can't organize a brand I was prescribed by hospital that worked, how poo is that. I have a serious back problem caused by industrial injury cant get pain killers, can't get any help about anything at this practice, now I wouldn't trust them to put a plaster on a paper cut

Staff very caring, helpful and kind. Always go above and beyond to help and the E-Consult is amazing! Same day response. Brilliant.

Brilliant Surgery and helpful staff, always happy to help, even with same day prescriptions. Never had a problem, everything is a quick turn around, econsult,telephone and face to face appointments. Thank you very much.

Upon arriving i was met with a smile which always helps when visiting a practice if you have worries, staff very friendly and helpful and you feel you are being listened to instead of just another patient. I couldn't recommend visiting this practice more.

We moved to the Peartree Practice due to our previous Practice not being fit for purpose! We are registered at the Chessel Avenue Surgery and we have been so impressed with the service. The staff are caring, kind and efficient. It is a refreshing change to what we were used to and has given us more confidence in the service - thanks to all the staff.

I have a lung infection I’m now in my 3rd week on top of that I’ve had the flu, If I wanted to see a doctor it would be 2 weeks or I could have a doctor call me,I have purchased a nebuliser and now I have to wait to see if they agree with supply of solution, I have seen them turn away a patient that didn’t have a appointment he looked really ill.This practice needs to stop milking the epidemic and get back to work, If not get out.
