I feel that my concerns were listened to by the GP and her resulting decisions were appropriate. My only concern is that the results of the blood tests were relayed to me by a call handler who told me that they were "normal",whatever that means! As there were several things tested, I would have liked a bit more specificity, as most results would have been a point on a scale and I would have liked to know whether there was any improvement on previous tests and whether the results were on the lower or upper end of the "normal" scale!

Thank you for your 5 star rating. You are correct that results are within a scale, however if there had been any concerns then a clinician would have been in touch to discuss further. If you would like further clarification you will need to make a routine appointment to discuss.

How quick they got me through and the lady that delt with me couldnt have been more helpful i felt she went above and beyond her duty and i feel she is a real credit to your team, you should be very proud of her as she acually made my experience pleasurable so thank you

The reception staff and medical staff were as pleasant and efficient as usual. The waiting room re-vamp was clean and tidy but very un-sociable compared to the previous layout. Even visiting the doctor should not be a barrier to interaction between people and it would be more pleasant to be facing each other as per the previous layout of seating, thus giving the opportunity for people to talk to one another if they so wish.

My B12 appointment took only 1 minute. Very little conversation from the HCA. Queried why I wanted the injection in my right arm. I explained that this was usual for me. I needed to politely remind her that patient choice was important.

Thank you for your feedback. The appointments for a B12 are usually quite quick and the conversation included checking you were having your injection in your chosen arm, which of course is your choice.
