The clinic was running fairly to time. The Doctor was professional and friendly and I felt listened to. I was given sufficinet time to air my concerns and the appropriate treatment given, I felt reassured.

The surgery as a whole is a lot brighter and the seating is much better. Not too long a wait for my appointment and my procedure was quick with a very pleasant healthcare assistant.

Was not happy to have travelled all way up to Paulsgrove from southsea to have the nurse have the b12 injection ready but unable to give it to me due to appointment being to early but I was not informed about this

It was good but trying to get appointment for my 16 year old daughter who got bad cough it hurting her chest phoned today no appointment phoned 111 hopefuly someone will ring me back so its poor at moment

I was very impressed with the refurbishment that has been done to the surgery. Everything looks so much brighter with the new windows and doors also much better with chairs . The added bonus was being seen by a doctor in a very nice environment.

Friendly receptionist and nice new seating area. Saw the asthma nurse who was very sympathetic regards my frustration at trying to complete online review. Anyway, nurse was fabulous. Very honest and helpful. I’m now trying a combination inhaler. Nurse will be calling me in 3 weeks to find out how I am getting on. Extremely happy
