    After sending in a request at 8am someone had been in contact with an appointment for the afternoon within an hour. The location got changed and I was informed straight away with plenty of notice. Doctor was amazing with listening to me and my opinion regarding a personal matter, he was kind and thorough and instantly had a solution to resolve. My daughter was put at ease from the get go to the point she came out of her shell in a matter of minutes (if that) which makes a change! Throughly happy with the care received :)

    The Patford house staff were very helpful & understanding (unlike my previous experience with the 'sister' surgery Beversbrook. And they very managed to squeeze me in at a very worrying time for me.

    The nurse that called me about my holiday vaccinations was brilliant. She was very thorough. And explained everything brilliantly.

    Really friendly staff and the call was quick and straightforward. Always nice to have a solid experience! Lovely people and very friendly and reliable when getting a repeat prescription.

    First contact was on the patches system. I'm not the best at using these systems but managed. Ha a telephone appointment which was very good with a clinician. After accessing she made an appointment to see a doctor.

    Had a really good phone review. Every aspect of my medication was discussed. Some old meds were even deleted from my list. My condition was discussed in full and I was left feeling that I mattered very much. It was a very pleasant discussion.

    The lady i spoke to had screaming children in the background, i could barely hear her and she kept repeating that the line was bad, no it was not, she was in a room where the children were running riot and shouting and i couldn’t wait to end the call, a complete waste of time.

    Very polite, understanding and helpful. Listened carefully and gave good advice. It was a phone call appointment. The phone call was on time and I was given advance notice when to expect the call which I appreciated.

    Spoke to the pharmacist on the phone concerning my blood pressure told me they are going to increase one of my blood pressure tablets due to ongoing problems and told me anymore problems due to side effects don't hesitate to ring the surgery

    The receptionist that I initially spoke to was very helpful. I was called by the doctor within the time frame promised, the doctor was informative, helpful and also sympathetic. Great service, smooth process right through to collecting my prescription. Thank you
