    I received a phone call from the GP. The time of the call was uncertain so you need to be pending of the phone in order to not miss the call. Then the line was really bad. There were so many interferences on the sound. Also I was asked to get my blood pressure reading by myself and report the results to the GP. For this type of consultations I find extremely unpractical to have this service by a phone call

    Very good practice they look after you very very well it was a phone call conversation with a specialist nurse about diabetes and the lady was very very helpful and we discussed discuss quite a lot of things and came to an an agreement to increase my medication.agreement to increase medication

    Went into appointment on time, discussed all I needed to and got great advice. GP actually listened to me instead of just pigeon-holing me down an easy route of referral to clinics I have been referred to numerous times from previous other GP surgeries. What a refreshing change. Thank you.

    Doctor listened and responded in positive way with my query. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the GP. Looked back over my records and this was reassuring for me.

    I rarely provide reviews on anything but felt compelled to write to say how great an asset one of the senior nurse is to the surgery (who apparently I can’t name here) First of all she was very thorough in an initial telephone appointment and then very efficient and flexible in scheduling an appointment that provided necessary vaccinations asap, whilst combining it with bloods, which were already scheduled for a different date. With regards to the appointment itself, she is always so engaging, thoughtful and approachable, so she even makes visits to the surgery - which are far from a favourite activity of mine - positive as a minimum …and almost enjoyable! Well, in between those two adjectives realistically! Thank you - and I hope you enjoy your forthcoming holiday!

    The Doctor was very thorough and took account of my feelings with regards to my symptoms. She explained what she would do with regards to my referral to a dermatologist and what I should expect with regards to timings. It was great to receive such good service.
