    Upstairs waiting room there is only 3 chairs. There was 6 people in there at one point, and people felt awkward not knowing where to stand. Appalling, is there really that little money on the NHS?

    It was simple to book our spring COVID booster online with the Patford House Partnership. We received timely reminders for our appointments. On the day, arrived on time, booked in, friendly, warm reception, no queue, straight in, jab and on. our way. No hassle! Well done! An efficient, well run service!

    I sent a message to reception from the NHS app. I received a call in few minutes and an appointment with a clinician was scheduled immediately. I'm impressed about the prompt response.

    I had an appointment yesterday with one of your female GPs. She was friendly and courteous and put me at ease in preparation for an intimate examination. She was clearly prompt in referring me for further tests, as I was contacted this morning to arrange my follow on appointment.

    Apart from a young man having a rant in reception when I arrived it was great. I was put at ease when I went into have my injection and it was over in a jiffy the nurse and assistant were very professional
