    I spoke to a very nice Pharmacist. She asked if I was happy with my medication. I said yes and that was just about the information that was exchanged.

    It was pleasant for my wife and I to be able to wait our turn for our Modern a COVID jabs in a warm dry waiting room (vs. Beversbrook & Northlands). The two nurses were clear and helpful. Enjoyed it.

    Telephone consultation generated due to medication survey results. Stopped repeat meds. Clinician phoned next day to ask if I have stopped my medication. I confirmed yes. No other questions were asked, call ended. No why? Are you ok? Would you like to discuss?

    I have been suffering with my symptoms for some time so i went to the doctors to have it checked and so far the service has been okay however i was told i should say if i have any more symptoms or if they get worse so i put through a patchs request to talk to someone about the symptoms which had gotten unbearable. However when on the call i felt that i was not being listened to and that i was having to repeat a lot of things that i know are accessible by file. When talking about my symptoms she asked if i had a blood test to which i replied yes and that i knew my results so didn’t need them repeated however they were. I told the person it was becoming almost impossible to do daily activities and they told me i would have to wait until a scheduled test and ignored the concerns i had.

    Pharmacist called me for a medication review less than 24 hours after I’d completed an online form. She was thorough and I felt like she listened to my responses.

    The doctor was very professional, helpful and caring. He listened and explained in detail why he was referring me and what would be entailed in testing and possible treatments that might be offered. I left the surgery feeling that progress was being made.

    The appointment was professional helpful and everything that could be reasonably expected. It’s a great pity I had to travel to Calne when I reside 200 yards from the Sutton Benger surgery. It is appreciated that it was an emergency appointment but there was a doctor on duty at the Sutton Benger surgery. Treatment great, management poor

    On attempting to obtain a first repeat prescription for my HRT I was quickly informed a review was required via text providing me with the link to quickly and easily make the appointment online of which there was a good choice of dates and times available. The appointment itself was prompt, professional and extremely informative. I found the online service very easy to use and received regular text messages to ensure the encounter was smooth and stress free.
